The policy
If you bought the lifetime plan or a month of the monthly plan and it is not for you, email support@getfraze.app within 14 days of that purchase and we will refund it. We do not ask you to justify it.
How it works
Tell us the email address on your Fraze account and roughly when you paid. We process the refund through RevenueCat and Stripe, back to your original payment method; it includes the tax you were charged. Stripe issues the refund as the seller of record, at our instruction. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
The monthly plan
You can cancel the monthly plan at any time from the account page; canceling stops future charges. The 14-day window applies to the most recent charge, not to every past renewal. If you were charged for a renewal you did not mean to keep, ask within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it.
The free trial
The first 30 minutes on every account are free, so there is nothing to refund until you buy a plan.
